Meet Our Amazing Leaders
Director
Mr.Varun is a Director at the Interbiz Group of Companies which provide a diverse range of software products and services to clients in India, the Middle East and the US in the HR & GRC domains. At Interbiz he oversees product development and evaluates new product ideas. Varun has worked extensively in design and development of integrated circuit at IBM’s famed Thomas J Watson research center near New York. At Watson, Varun worked on ICs that are used in satellites using advanced VLSI techniques. In addition to electronic hardware design, Varun has an extensive experience in managing software development teams. Varun holds a bachelors and masters degree from Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta, USA.
Co Founder & COO
Author of The ‘Transformational Lens’ – A People & Performance Management Book. He has also written numerous articles and blogs pertaining to Employee Engagement and Wellbeing, Workplace Culture and Performance Management.
Yugandhar is passionate about Org Behavior and Development.
His education includes:
– Emerging Leadership Program from London Business School.
– PGDPM from University of Hyderabad.
– Bachelors in Commerce for Osmania University.
Prior to his entrepreneurial stint, he did various leadership roles spanning 18 years in Banking, Finance and Broadband sectors with corporates such as Barclays, SCB and ACT.
